Shipping Policy

Where do we ship?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. We will send your order to the address you give us as your shipping address in your Tretinoin USA profile, including P.O. boxes where carrier rules allow. Please ensure your address is correct; you can update it any time in your member profile.

How to Track and Deliver Your Package

After the carrier picks up your package, you will get a confirmation email letting you know it's on its way. Along with an estimated delivery date, this email will include the carrier's website and your package's tracking number.

Changing Delivery Address

We can't change the delivery address once an order has shipped. Please email us at contact@tretinoin-usa.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the address where your order will be sent.

Processing and Shipping Times

• Orders placed by noon ET: We will ship your package the same day via USPS from our warehouse, Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed after noon ET, Monday-Friday: Packages ship the next business day.
• Weekend orders: Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

You'll receive tracking information by email within 24-48 hours of your order shipping. You may also receive an update directly from the carrier. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders, with no extra fee for using USPS.

Express shipping options can be selected during checkout or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that if you change your mind before receiving your order, you can cancel it anytime before it is handed off to the carrier. In addition, please review our Refund Policy.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us using the "Contact Us" information below as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please follow these steps:

1. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
2. Email us immediately at contact@tretinoin-usa.com
3. Include your order number and photos

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping with USPS typically takes 3 to 5 business days. While we aim to meet this window, the carrier does not guarantee delivery dates. We also offer faster delivery through Express Shipping for an additional fee, with delivery typically in 1 to 2 business days.

We're sorry, but delays caused by severe weather or other events outside our control are not something we can prevent. Shipping may also take longer than usual during peak holiday periods due to higher package volume.

Shipping Costs

Tretinoin Cream: Standard shipping is free on all orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 may incur a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout.

We know that sometimes you need your treatment more quickly. You can choose from a few different delivery speeds at checkout. If you'd like to change your shipping method after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Express Shipping: Delivers in 1 to 2 business days for a flat rate shown at checkout.
